We  aim to have complete customer satisfaction. If you have and issues or concerns please contact us at customerservice@shopeilia.com. We will respond promptly within 24 hours to address your concern with appropriate solutions. 

 Privacy & Safety

All orders are placed using a third party processing system where customer information is kept confidential.  

Inquiries

For any inquiries regarding our product and collaborations, please reach out directly to customerservice@shopeilia.com. We will respond promptly within 24 hours.  

Shipping & Returns

 We will accept returns within 14 days for a full refund and within 30 days for an exchange. All items must be returned unworn with original tags including the quality assurance tag on outside of garment that states  "Final Sale Once Tag Is Removed".

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange, please return unworn item with original tags. Item must have quality assurance tag still attached on outside of the garment. Exchange must be placed as a new order.   You may place an order for your new item at your own convenience.
