Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes your preferences may change. If you decide you no longer want the item you ordered, you may return it within 14  days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Depending on the condition of the returned item, a restocking fee may apply.

    • The reason for the return

    • Clear photos (if applicable) of the damaged or wrong item

  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Safely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if available. Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information handy.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

 

Exclusions

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
